Partner Trade Terms
Thank you for your interest in partnering with kes-shō. Below are our standard trade terms for industry partners.
Pricing
- All products on this site are listed at partner pricing (exclusive of GST)
- Retail pricing (kes-sho.com) is listed on each product page for reference
- Partner pricing represents a significant discount off retail
Minimum Order
- Minimum opening order: 1 case per SKU
- Case quantities are indicated on each product page (typically 24 units per case, except copa x 16)
- No minimum for re-orders
Payment Terms
- First order: Payment on order via credit card or bank transfer
- Subsequent orders: Net 30 days from date of invoice (subject to credit approval)
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping is complimentary for trade partners
- Delivery timelines vary by destination — please enquire for estimated lead times
- All shipments are fully insured
Product Information
- All kes-shō glassware is hand-made from lead-free crystal
- Detailed specifications (capacity, height, diameter) are listed on each product page
- Marketing assets and product imagery available upon request
Returns & Breakage
- We stand behind the quality of our glassware
- Breakage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Defective items will be replaced at no charge
